10月31日，省纪委监委网站发布消息，省科学技术协会党组成员、副主席雷文蓉涉嫌严重违纪违法，已主动投案。目前正接受省纪委监委纪律审查和监察调查。

2022年，全省共有322人向纪检监察机关主动投案、1511人向纪检监察机关主动交代问题。问题干部纷纷选择主动投案背后，一方面是惩治利剑高悬、监督天网严密、纪法红线明晰，让违纪违法党员干部抛弃侥幸心理。另一方面是各级纪检监察机关坚持“惩前毖后，治病救人”方针，不断加强政策感召,让越来越多问题干部选择相信组织、依靠组织。
